1. Sponsor
The Lake Monster Halloween Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Lake Monster Montana Art & Apparel, 3160 US Highway 93 South, Kalispell, MT 59901 ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate families and households are not eligible.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Mountain Time (MT) on Saturday, October 3, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM MT on Friday, October 30, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
Visit the Giveaway page at lakemonstermt.com/pages/halloween-giveaway and complete the entry form with your first name, last name, email address, city, and state. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person or email address may be disqualified. Signing up for marketing emails is optional and does not affect your chances of winning.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Lake Monster gift package consisting of one (1) hoodie, one (1) hat, and one (1) sticker, with the winner choosing the design of each item from Sponsor's available products, subject to availability. Approximate retail value (ARV): $100. No cash or prize substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater value if a selected item is unavailable. Prize is non-transferable.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about October 31, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email and must respond within seven (7) days of notification. If the winner does not respond, is found ineligible, or cannot be reached, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected by random drawing.
7. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Sponsor may announce the winner's first name, last initial, and city/state on its website and social media, except where prohibited by law.
8. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any taxes associated with the prize.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules, and to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if it cannot run as planned. By entering, entrants release Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.
10. Privacy
Information collected is used to administer the Giveaway and contact the winner. Entrants who check the optional marketing box will also receive Lake Monster emails and can unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
11. Social Media
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Entrants release Meta Platforms, Inc. from any liability related to this Giveaway.
12. Winner Announcement
